Christmas ordering and despatch times
With the Christmas holiday season approaching we would like to take this opportunity to confirm our ordering and despatch times. Our offices will be closing on Tuesday 24th December 2024 and reopening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
Based on customer feedback, the last order time for delivery by truck before Christmas is 11am on Friday 20th December. Last delivery will be Monday 23rd December.
The last order time for delivery by UPS before Christmas is also 11am on Friday 20th December for delivery by Monday 23rd December.
Any orders to be shipped via truck placed on Monday 23rd December pre-11am will arrive on Thursday 2nd January. Orders received on Monday 23rd post 11am/Tuesday 24th December will not be picked and loaded till Thursday 2nd January for delivery on Friday 3rd January 2025. Any orders shipped via UPS placed on Monday 23rd December will be for delivery on Friday 3rd January.
Orders must be placed by 09:30am (UK time) with different cut off dates stipulated in the table below:
Any orders placed after 09:30am on the cut off day will ship on the first New Year departure date.
