Our skilled sewing professionals will use appropriate stitch types - such as lockstitch, chainstitch, twin needle or overlocking - to create your product, in your choice of material; whatever that may be.

We also weld, bonding materials together.

Ideal for furniture which will be subject to rigorous use, needs seam-free joins, or staple-free upholstery, welding uses heat and pressure to join materials together. It also enables enhanced detail to be applied to fabrics – including stitching, quilting, and intricate patterns.

Our welding capabilities include:

Ultrasonic welding: A high-speed capability that is perfect for fast-paced production, high frequency acoustic vibrations create friction and heat, which cause materials to melt together.
Radiofrequency welding (RF): Using electromagnetic energy to fuse materials together, RF welding can be used on a wide range of materials and in a variety of applications.
