Samples, Prices & Fabric Orders
Placing an order is easy.
1. Go to the fabric page of the fabric you’d like to purchase.
2. Click ‘Check Stock | Buy’ to view availability.
3. Enter the length you need (in metres).
4. If the fabric is available you can add the fabric to your basket.
5. If it is unavailable, a message will appear and prompt you to contact us.
6. Once you have added all the items you want to your basket, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Don't forget to sign up for a Camira Trade account to unlock exclusive trade benefits.
Placing a sample order is easy.
We provide a free sample service to all customers, you can order up to 20 memos and swatch cards, they can be requested via our fabric pages.
1. Go to the fabric page you’d like a sample of.
2. Click 'Free A5 Sample' for memos or 'Order Swatch Card' for cards.
3. If samples are unavailable, a message will appear and prompt you to contact us.
4. Once you have added all the samples to your basket, proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Once your order is placed it will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days and up to 7 days globally.

If you're a trade customer and would like to access trade pricing, you'll need to sign up for a trade account. Once logged in, you can access trade prices across all our fabrics.

No, there’s no minimum order value or quantity (MOQ), so you can purchase as much or as little as you need, starting from 1m in increments of 10cm.
For stock information, you can see what we have available on the product page, please type in a quantity and the screen will display whether or not sufficient stock is available.
If you need a different quantity, an item is out of stock, want an update on your order or anything else. Our free samples are roughly the size of an A5 piece of paper.

If your enquiry is for a quote and you are a commercial business, you can instantly check stock and purchase fabric online by signing up for a Camira Trade account via the website.

Yes, you can generate a proforma invoice directly through our website. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Add items to your basket – Browse the website and add the products you wish to order.
2. Proceed to checkout – Click on your basket and select ‘Checkout’ when ready.
3. Complete the checkout form – Enter your delivery and billing details as required.
4. Generate proforma invoice – At the end of the checkout form, you’ll see the option to download a proforma invoice. Select this to generate and save a copy.
5. Make payment via the website – Once you’ve downloaded your proforma, return to the website to complete your order and make payment using your chosen method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, where applicable).
Important: Orders are not reserved or processed until payment is received via the website. Generating a proforma alone does not secure stock or place your order into our system.
We accept a wide range of convenient payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (BACS and Pay by Bank).
Delivery & Returns
Our UK delivery cost and shipping times are as follows:

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are picked, packed and shipped if you place your order before 11:00am UK time, Monday to Friday. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days in the UK and up to 7 days globally.
We ship all orders via UPS with a 1-3 business day delivery service in the UK and up to 7 business days globally.

Trade Account
Setting up a trade account is simple and gives you instant access to trade pricing and seamless online purchasing.
1. Go to the Registration Page – If you're not already there, visit our registration page on our website.
2. Fill in the Form – Enter your details, including your name, email, and business information.
3. Tick ‘I am a Trade Customer’ – This ensures you receive trade pricing and benefits.
4. Enter Your Business Details –
- If you are a limited company, enter your VAT or company registration numbers.
- If you are a sole trader, you can use your trading name instead.
5. Submit the Form – Once all details are completed, click ‘Submit’ to finalise your registration.
6. Confirmation Email – You’ll receive an email confirming that your trade account has been successfully set up.

Yes, all Camira fabrics come with guarantees of up to 10 years, ensuring long-lasting performance and quality.
Our fabrics are primarily manufactured in the Huddersfield area of West Yorkshire, UK, where we have several specialist production facilities.
Our largest manufacturing site is in Meltham, covering approximately 32,000 square metres. Additionally, we have:
- A wool yarn spinning plant in Birkby
- Yarn dyeing facilities in Lockwood
- Fabric dyeing in Holmfirth
- A technical knitting factory in Nottingham
- A state-of-the-art wool recycling centre in Birkby
We also operate a European manufacturing facility near Kaunas, Lithuania, which includes a specialist upholstery unit for cutting and sewing finished component covers.
