Purpose of the role
To manage and grow the Camira Contract business within the Southwestern part of Germany by utilising strategic marketing and promotion of the Camira Contract brand therefore maximising our DACH region profitability. This is a permanent contract.
The day to day
- To adhere to the Camira Code of Conduct and comply with all relevant quality, environmental, health & safety, data protection, and corporate legislative requirements.
- To deliver budgeted revenues on an annual basis to maximise profitability of the German market.
- Establish the Camira brand as the leading partner for the OEM’s and the A&D market by promotion of the Camira philosophy and brand portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to generate sales and raise the profile of our products to ensure delivery against budgets and strategy.
- Identify major new product adoption with OEM’s and projects for specification and collaborate with the other Area Business Managers in Germany and in Europe to maximise profitability.
- Build & maintain excellent relationships with various OEM’s stakeholders at interior designers to track projects ensuring that Camira are recognised at an early stage and also finally specified.
- Remain commercially aware of the German contract interior market to inform business strategy.
Other considerations
- Full Driving Licence
- Home based role but will be required to make occasional visits to meet clients and trade-fairs
- International Travel may occur.
- Ideal Location in Baden Württemberg or Stuttgart region.
- Language bi-lingual German and English
